CRASH is an independent film and transmedia company based in Aarhus, Denmark (2017 European Cultural Capital) working with both fiction and non-fiction projects across media platforms.
We focus on projects with a unique perspective and creative edge. Since 2014 we have co-produced feature-length non-fiction films, TV, shorts, websites, crowdfunding and impact campaigns.
In 2019 Crash helped to establish the MiXR lab at Filmby Aarhus, and is a lead partner in the first open XR lab of its kind in Denmark.

Robert Freiert, Producer
Robert is a film and transmedia producer working on the development of international co-productions and transmedia extensions. A transplant to Denmark from the U.S., he also manages the Nordic crowdfunding platform, manymade.org.
Robert holds a Master’s degree in Creative Business Management from Copenhagen Business School, and has worked as a consultant to senior management at film production companies in both Copenhagen and Los Angeles. He also has an extensive business management background, having held several senior management positions in New York and Boston.
Crash is located at Filmbyen (The Film City) at the beautiful historic waterfront in the center of Aarhus, as a participating company in Ideas Lab.
Filmbyen is a focal point for film and media production in Denmark, home to 80+ media companies, film production companies and creative educational institutions.
Ideas Lab is a collaborative environment hosting entreprenuerial creative businesses working with film and the digital visual arts.
