What is MiXR?
Midtjylland's X Reality development lab is a new project to unlock local potential for digital-visual (DVI) business models utilizing virtual experience technologies.
The lab is located within the Film City, central Aarhus, and is Denmark's first open XR development lab servicing partners in education, business and culture.
What will you do at MiXR today? Virtual production? Motion capture? VR filmmaking, or game design? MiXR is the place to explore possibilities and step into the future of virtual worlds.

How MiXR works
The lab functions as Classroom, Playground and Workspace. It's a knowledge-sharing facility offering international seminars, workshops, and open-door come-and-play features; an XR research and experimentation facility; and a creative business incubator, offering guidance to start-ups wishing to be part of an XR development community.
